Roberto Carcagni, born in Grosseto Tuscany, came to Australia, bringing with him his passion for cooking authentic, traditional Italian food.
His love for cooking began at a young age, watching his mum prepare the family meals. From working in the family restaurant in Tuscany, and hotels around Europe, Roberto mastered his cooking techniques and culinary skills.
